Quiche with onion marmalade
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: red onions (in thin rings), red port, cheese broccoli (chilled fresh, 300 g) and butter.

Heat the butter in a thick-bottomed pan and fry the onion on low heat until they are translucent.

Pour the port and season with salt and pepper.

Then let the onions simmer gently on very low heat until almost all port has evaporated (this takes about 45 minutes).

Heat the quiche.

Cut it into small dots and serve with the marmalade of smothered onion..
