Cut the butter and goat's cheese into cubes.

Finely chop the garlic and oregano.

Cut the peppers into strips.

Mix in a bowl the flour with a pinch of salt and scoop the butter cubes through.

Mix the butter through the flour with the fingertips until it becomes a crumbly mixture.

Break an egg on top and add the tablespoons of cold water.

Knead everything with a cool hand into a firm dough ball.

Wrap the ball in plastic wrap and leave the dough in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and gently fry the garlic.

Scoop the pepper strips through them and simmer them lightly in 4-6 minutes.

Stir in the oregano from the heat and add some salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
