Cook the potatoes according to the instructions on the package.

Clean the orange. Grate the peel and squeeze out the fruit.

Mix the mayonnaise with the crème fraîche. Season with the orange zest and juice.

Cut the celery (without leaves) into strips. Divide the fish into strips, stir in the orange sauce with the celery, pepper and salt.

Scoop the baby potatoes through the mackerel salad and garnish with the celery leaves.
