Cut the ribs into pieces of 2-3 ribs and boil them for about 10 minutes in water with salt. Remove them from the cooking liquid and allow to cool.

Mix the ingredients for the marinade. Brush the ribs with them and leave for at least 30 minutes.

Heat the oven grill. Put the ribs side by side on a baking tray and roast them in the oven for about 15 minutes. Turn them regularly and if necessary, brush with marinade.

Delicious with fries or rösti and a green salad.
