Pasta with chicken, zucchini and mushrooms

Cut the chicken fillet into strips. Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry, stirring the strips of chicken in 5-6 minutes. Take the chicken out of the wok.

Chop the onion. Heat some more oil in the wok and fry the onion over low heat until golden.

Cook the spaghetti al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Cut the zucchini into half slices. Clean the mushrooms with kitchen paper and halve.

Turn the heat under the wok, scoop the zucchini and the oregano to the onion and fry the whole for 2-3 minutes.

Add the mushrooms and stir-fry the whole for another 2-3 minutes.

Warm the chicken strips for 1 min. And season to taste with salt and pepper.

Drain the spaghetti and pour in the sour cream, season with salt and pepper.

Divide the pasta over plates and spoon the fried vegetables with chicken over it and next to it.
