Wok dish with sweet-sour chicken and vegetables
Noodles with sweet-sour chicken, red pepper, wok vegetables and sugersnaps.

Cook the wok noodles according to the instructions on the package. Meanwhile cut the chicken fillet into thin strips.

Cut the stalk of the red pepper. Halve the pepper in the length and remove the seed lists with a sharp knife. Cut the pepper finely.

Roast the sesame seed golden brown in a dry frying pan. Heat the wok oil in a stir-frying pan the pepper for 1 min.

Add the chicken fillet and bake brown for about 2 minutes. Add the sugar snaps and cook for about 2 minutes. Add the wok vegetables and cook for approx. 3 min.

Add the noodles and the sweet-sour wok sauce. Heat the dish well. Put the wok dish on plates and sprinkle with the sesame seed.
