Stir-fried prawns with mango


A nice Chinese recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, tiger prawns (raw peeled (frozen), thawed), protein, sesame oil, four seasons pepper (freshly ground), mango, peanut oil, fresh ginger root (grated), garlic (finely chopped), dry sherry, fresh chives ( (a 20 g), in pieces of 1 cm) and fresh coriander (leaves).

Directions

  1. Shrimp dried with kitchen paper.
  2. Dissolve in egg white with 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Shrimp through and leave for 10 minutes.
  4. Peel mango with peeler.
  5. Cut the flesh into slices of kernel and cut into pieces of 3-4 cm.
