Stir-fried prawns with mango
A nice Chinese recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, tiger prawns (raw peeled (frozen), thawed), protein, sesame oil, four seasons pepper (freshly ground), mango, peanut oil, fresh ginger root (grated), garlic (finely chopped), dry sherry, fresh chives ( (a 20 g), in pieces of 1 cm) and fresh coriander (leaves).
- 500 g tiger prawns raw peeled (frozen), thawed
- 1 protein
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- Four seasons pepper freshly ground
- 1 mango
- 100 ml peanut oil
- 3 cm fresh ginger root grated
- 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons dry sherry
- Bag fresh chives (a 20 g), in 1 cm pieces
- 2 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves
Shrimp dried with kitchen paper.
Dissolve in egg white with 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper to taste.
Shrimp through and leave for 10 minutes.
Peel mango with peeler.
Cut the flesh into slices of kernel and cut into pieces of 3-4 cm.
Heat in wok arachis oil.
Shrimp through it and let it cook in 2 minutes.
Create prawns on a plate with a skimmer.
Pour oil into heat-resistant bowl and allow to cool (no longer used).
Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in woks and stir the ginger and garlic until they start to smell.
Add shrimps with sheery and mango and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle chives and coriander over them.
Tasty with rice or noodles..
