Seawolf with japanese vegetables
A nice Japanese recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, wholemeal spaghetti, seaweed fillet, Japanese wok vegetables (425 g), Japanese soy sauce and sunflower oil.

Cook the spaghetti according to instructions on the package until it is well drained in a colander.

Cut the fish into strips and remove any grits.

Meanwhile heat in a wok 1 tablespoon of oil and stir fry the pieces of fish in 4-5 minutes.

Sprinkle the fish with salt and pepper and remove it from the wok.

Stir fry the Japanese vegetables for 4-6 minutes in the rest of the oil.

Stir in the cooked spaghetti and season with soy sauce.

Serve the pieces of fish on the pasta..
