Trout with lemon and capers


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, lemon, flour, trout, finely chopped parsley (frozen), capers, puff potatoes with yogurt-garlic sauce (a 2 pieces), butter, green vegetable mix steam vegetables (frozen and 300 g).

Directions

  1. Clean lemon peel, zest and cut fruit into slices.
  2. Mix flour with salt and pepper in deep plate.
  3. Roll trout through flower and shake off excess flour.
  4. Scoop the abdominal cavity of trout with pepper and salt and fill with lemon zest, parsley and capers.
  5. Potatoes according to instructions pop in microwave.
  6. Heat butter in large frying pan and cook trout lightly brown and cooked for 6 to 7 minutes.
  7. Keep the potatoes in the tea towel warm and mix vegetables at full power for about 5 minutes in microwave.
  8. Meanwhile, lay trout on each plate and garnish with lemon.
  9. Potato next to it, cut open and fill with sauce (from packaging).
  10. Create vegetable mix next to it..
