Potato slices with cinnamon chicken
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, traditional olive oil, garlic, onion and arugula.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Clean the potatoes, cut them into pieces and spread them over a griddle covered with parchment paper.

Squeeze the garlic cloves over a bowl and mix with the oil.

Drizzle the potatoes with half the garlic oil.

Brush the chicken with the rest of the garlic oil and sprinkle with the cinnamon.

Place the chicken between the potatoes and sprinkle with pepper and salt. Bake for about 15 minutes in the oven.

In the meantime, cut the onion into slices and the courgette cut into half slices. Put the vegetables between the potatoes and bake for another 15 minutes in the oven.

Divide the potatoes, chicken and vegetables over 4 plates. Garnish with the arugula.
