Couscous salad with curry chicken
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, green beans, couscous, roma tomatoes, red pepper, olive oil, lemon juice, olives with pimento and chicken fillet à la minute curry (350 g).

Clean green beans, boil in 6 min., Drain and rinse in colander under cold water.

Let Couscous work according to instructions.

Cut tomatoes into pieces.

Clean red pepper, remove seeds and finely chop pepper.

Mix 4 tbsp olive oil, lemon juice, red pepper and salt to taste spicy dressing.

In large-scale mix couscous, green beans, tomato and dressing.

Halve olives and divide them over salad.

Cut chicken into pieces.

Heat residual oil in frying pan and fry in 7 min.

Divide chicken over salad..
