Quick pea soup with hot dogs
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, traditional olive oil, meal soup maker peas, canned hot dogs (à 580 g) and onion.

Heat the oil in a (soup) pan. Fry the pea soup vegetable for 3 minutes. Add the soup maker, stock and the water.

Bring the soup to the boil while stirring with a whisk. Cook the soup gently for 10 minutes with the lid slanted on the pan.

Heat the hot dogs according to the instructions on the package.

Cut open the buns and brush them with the mustard. Chop the onion finely.

Cut the party sticks into cubes. Siege the sandwiches with the hot dogs, onion and sweet sour party sticks and serve.

Season the soup with salt and pepper. Spoon into bowls and serve with the hot dogs.
