Quick tiramisu with white chocolate and raspberries

Directions

  1. Beat the cream with the icing sugar.
  2. In a different bowl, beat the mascarpone well with the vanilla sugar and two tablespoons of the orange juice.
  3. Spoon the cream gently through the mascarpone until everything is well mixed. Dip the long fingers in the rest of the orange juice and put two on the bottom of dishes or glasses (they may also be broken into pieces). Divide half of the mascarpone and sprinkle with half of the chocolate.
  4. Put a few raspberries on top and make another layer with long fingers, mascarpone and chocolate. Decorate with the last raspberries and serve immediately.
  5. You can also make this dish half a day in advance. Then leave the last layer of chocolate and raspberries and make the dessert just before serving.
