Quorn in curry coconut sauce with white rice
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: white rice (bag a 1 kg), oil, garlic (coarsely cut), Quorn (pieces (a 175 g)), cabbage (in 2 cm wide strips), red pepper (diced) , mix for (curry sauce (26 g)) and coconut milk (light (400 ml)).

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Heat the oil in a wok, add the garlic and fry for 1 minute.

Scoop out the garlic with the skimmer.

Stir fry in the garlic oil the quorn pieces for 3 minutes.

Add the cabbage and peppers and stir-fry the vegetables in approx.

8 minutes al dente.

Prepare the curry sauce according to the instructions on the packaging with the coconut milk and stir in the curry coconut sauce with the vegetable mixture in the wok.

Warm the dish thoroughly.

Serve the white rice..
