Grilled pangasius fillet with vegetable list
Pangasius with broccoli and zucchini.

Chop the onion, cut the garlic into slices and the zucchini into cubes. Rub the pangasius with pepper, salt, thyme and oil.

Boil the rice together with the broccoli according to the instructions on the packaging of the rice.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion with the thyme, garlic and zucchini 3 minutes.

Drain the rice with broccoli and stir in the zucchini mixture.

Heat the oven grill or grill pan and roast the pangasius fillets on both sides until brown and cooked 2-3 minutes per side. Serve with the vegetable list.
