Quorn in honey-soy sauce with bok choy
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: floral honey (liquid (pot 600 g)), soy sauce (150 ml), Quorn pieces (in strips), white rice (bag 1 kg), oil, onions (in parts), bok choy (leaf and steal into strips), chestnut mushrooms ((250 g) and halved).

Mix the honey with the soy sauce and scoop the quorn pieces in it.

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package, collecting 100 ml of cooking water from the rice.

Pour the quorn pieces, collect the marinade.

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a stirring fruit, the onions for 3 minutes.

Add the quorn pieces and stir fry for 3 minutes.

Heat the rest of the oil in a second pan and fry the mushrooms in them until they release moisture.

Serve the quorn in honey-soy sauce with the white rice..
