Pangasius dish with crayfish
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, pangasius fillet, shallots (finely chopped), dry white wine, crayfish and fresh dill (chopped).

Dab the pangasius fillet dry with kitchen paper and sprinkle the fish on both sides with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the shallot over the bottom of the aluminum bowl and place the pangasius fillet on top. Pour the wine into the dish and divide the crayfish and the dill over the pangasius fillet. Cover the dish well with aluminum foil and store in the refrigerator.

Place the dish on the grill over medium hot for about 10 minutes until the pangasius fillet is tender.
