Tilapia fillet with dried tomato
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, dried tomatoes (100 g), tagliatelle (pasta), garlic, olive oil, leeks (a 300 g), white wine sauce for fish (150 g), tilapia fillets (fish, a ca. 100 g) ) and salt and pepper.

Tomatoes soak in 200 ml warm water for about 15 minutes and rinse with cold water.

Meanwhile, tagliatelle cooking according to instructions.

Garlic peel and chop.

Heat oil in frying pan.

Rub garlic and leek for about 3 minutes.

Add wine sauce.

Sprinkle fish fillets with salt and pepper and place on pre-mix.

Cover the fish over about 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, cut tomatoes into pieces.

Add tomatoes and co-heat for approx.
-
1 minute.

Carefully remove fish and vegetables from the pan.
