Italian steak salad with zucchini, red onion, balsamic vinegar, arugula and lime

Directions

  1. Light the barbecue.
  2. Cut the zucchini lengthwise into thin slices (or use a cheese slicer) and halve the onions.
  3. Mix the vinegar and oil into a dressing.
  4. Brush the zucchini, onion and steak with half of them.
  5. Grill the zucchini on the barbecue on both sides until golden brown. Sprinkle with the sea salt and pepper.
  6. Squeeze out the lime and sprinkle the zucchini with the juice.
  7. Grill the steak on the barbecue in 5 min. Rosé. Meanwhile, grill the onion brown and done.
  8. Cut the zucchini into 3 cm pieces, the onion in parts and the steak into thin slices.
  9. Put the arugula in a bowl and divide the zucchini, onion and steak. Drizzle with the rest of the dressing and serve immediately. Bon appétit! .
