Grilled plaice fillet with carrot
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, carrots, garlic, olive oil, grovemosterd, scholfilets and salt and freshly ground pepper.

Preheat the grill to the highest setting.

Clean the carrots and cut them diagonally into long, thin slices of approx.

1/2 cm thick.

Slice garlic and cut into thin slices.

Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in woks.

Rub garlic and carrots for about 2 minutes on medium-high heat, do not allow to color.

Add 2 tablespoons of water and gently braise the roots for about 5 minutes.

In the meantime mix mustard with the rest of oil.

Dilute the squat in half, sprinkle with salt and pepper and cover with mustard oil mixture on both sides.

Place the scholfilets on the baking sheet and roast in the middle of the grill for about 4 minutes, halfway through turning.

Create carrots on four plates and put plaice next to it..
