Turkey with Greek salad and tzatziki
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, fast-cooking rice, turkey breast à la minute (about 350 g), cucumber, onion, tomatoes, olive oil, white cheese, Greek yoghurt, dried mint and garlic.

Cook the rice according to the instructions for use.

Turkey with salt and pepper sprinkle.

Cucumber and halve.

Crumble half of the cucumber, place in colander and sprinkle with salt.

Peel onion and cut into rings.

Wash tomatoes and cut into wedges.

Cut the rest of cucumber into slices.

Combine onion, tomato and cucumber, sprinkle with salt and pepper and pour over with 3 tbsp olive oil.

Crumble cheese over salad.

Remove moisture from the cucumber grater.

Mix cucumber with yoghurt and 1 tbsp oil.

Squeeze the garlic over the sauce and season with salt, pepper and 1 tsp fresh mint.

Sprinkle the sauce with the rest of fresh mint.

In frying pan, heat the remaining olive oil and turkey in 3 min.

Brown on both sides.
