Chicken schnitzel and cauliflower with curry sauce


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, crumbly potatoes, cauliflower, butter, chicken schnitzels mushroom (dish of 2 pieces), flour, curry powder, semi-skimmed milk and meat broth tablet.

Directions

  1. Peel potatoes, wash, cut into pieces and cook in 20 minutes.
  2. Clean the cauliflower, divide it into florets and boil in 10 minutes.
  3. Heat half of butter in frying pan and cutlets in 8 min.
  4. Heat the rest of the butter in the saucepan.
  5. Add flour and curry while stirring.
  6. Mix the milk with constant stirring, and smooth the ball that is formed.
  7. Dill the bouillon tablet over the sauce, stir and simmer for another 2 minutes.
  8. Season with (salt and) pepper.
  9. Spread potatoes, cutlets and cauliflower over four plates.
  10. Create sauce over cauliflower..
