Ignite the barbecue. Cut the onion into half rings, tomato and mozzarella into pieces. Clean the mushrooms with kitchen paper and cut into slices.

Pour the oil into the roasting pan and add the onion, minced meat, mushrooms, tomato, pesto and mozzarella.

Place the roasting pan on the barbecue. Put the lid on the barbecue or cover the roasting pan with aluminum foil.

Let the mixture be cooked in 10-15 min. Change regularly. Season with salt and pepper.

In the meantime, cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package. Drain and put back in the pan.

Add the mixture from the roasting pan and mix well.
