Stewed vegetables with salmon fish sticks
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, potatoes ((kilo 'something crumbly), halved), French (green beans (drained weight 440 g)), fish fingers (salmon (10 pieces, frozen)), olive oil, red onion (chopped) , dried thyme (pot 12 g), cherry tomatoes ((250 g) and halved).

Cook the potatoes according to the instructions on the package. Heat the green beans in their own moisture to the boil.

Fry the salmon sticks in 2 tbsp oil according to the instructions on the package on both sides brown and cooked. Heat the rest of the oil in a second frying pan and fry the onion 3 min., Add the thyme and the cherry tomatoes. Drain the green beans and pour in the mixture of onion and cherry tomatoes and the shortening of the salmon sticks. Cook for another 1 min.

Serve the salmon sticks and the potatoes with the stewed vegetables.
