Italian lentils with salami and salad


A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, olive oil, gold salami (sausage 250 g), diced), onion (finely chopped), tomato cubes (400 g), lentils ((a 400 g), drained), oak leaf lettuce (melange (200 g)), salad dressing blue cheese (bottle 270 ml) and French baguette.

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan and gently fry the salami in 3-4 min. Fry the onion for 1 min. Add the tomatoes and bring to the boil.
  2. Turn down the heat, add the lentils and heat for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Meanwhile, make the oak leaf lettuce with the dressing.
  3. Cut the baguette into slices. Divide the lentils over 4 deep plates and serve the salad and baguette.
