Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Place the sweet potatoes on a baking tray and bake them in the oven for 40 minutes or until they are soft.

Make the Quorn Chili con Carne: Finely chop the onion and garlic cloves. Also cut the red pepper into pieces and rinse the brown, white and kievitsbonen and let it drain.
