Radish with garlic anchovy dip


A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, garlic, whole milk, radish (about 175 g), anchovy fillets (about 46 g), butter, olive oil (extra virgin) and (freshly ground) pepper.

Directions

  1. Peel garlic. Bring milk with garlic cloves to the boil in the saucepan and let it boil gently for approx. 30 minutes to approx. 1 1/2 dl. In the meantime, wash and clean radishes. Leave a piece of green on each radish. Anchovy fillets drain and milk with milk and garlic in food processor or with hand blender until smooth sauce.
  2. Rub the garlic anchovy dip on low heat while stirring. Add butter and oil and heat the sauce to a uniform mixture while stirring. Season with pepper. Serving dip sauce on rechaud. Add radishes and dip in them.
