Thai prawn soup
A nice thai recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, chicken stock, sereh (lemongrass), red peppers, garlic, limes, jumbo shrimps (à 100 g), fish sauce (pot à 200 ml) and coriander.

Bring 1 liter of water to the boil. Chicken broth tablets in it. lemongrass, chop into pieces and add to stock. Wash the peppers, cut them in half, remove seeds as desired and cut into small strips. Slice garlic and cut into pieces. Peel off lime peel of lime and green skin. Lime squeezing. Add 1 tablespoon of pepper strips, grind remaining in food processor or mortar with garlic and lime zest. Add to stock and cook over low heat for about 20 minutes.

Broth seven and bring to the boil again. Add shrimp and simmer for approx. 1 minute. Add lime juice and season the soup with fish sauce. Pick coriander leaves from twigs and add to the soup with the rest of the pepper.
