Spicy noodle soup with tuna
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, mienestjes, fresh ginger root (grated), Thai red curry paste, fish bouillon tablets (crumbled), tuna steak (in wafer-thin slices), spring onions (in rings), Japanese soy sauce, lemon juice and fresh coriander leaves (bag of 15) g).

pour pan with boiling water and simmer for 6-8 minutes, keeping litters intact.

Fry ginger root and curry paste for a few seconds in dry pan.

Add bouillon tablets and 1 1/2 liters of water.

Bring to the boil and boil gently for 5 minutes.

Preheat soup cups.

Use a slotted spoon to remove water, just to drain the pan and place in four warm, wide bowls.

Distribute tuna slices and spring onions.

Season the broth with soy sauce and lemon juice and put into bowls.

Garnish with coriander leaves.
