Ragout with garden herbs
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: Tarly (250 g), grass eggs (medium, 6 pieces), butter or margarine, flour, milk, herbal stock, leaf spinach ((frozen), pack a 450 g), Italian herbs (frozen and 50 g).

Prepare tarly according to instructions.

Boil eggs in approx.

7 minutes.

Melt butter in pan.

Stir in flour until ball is formed.

Add milk and 150 ml of water little by little and keep stirring until the sauce is tied.

In the meantime prepare spinach according to instructions.

Add bouillon tablet to sauce and roast in it.

Peel eggs and cut into pieces.

Add eggs and Italian herbs to sauce.

Tarly serve with ragout and spinach..
