Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package. Roast the sandwiches and crumble them with a food processor or hand blender. Press the garlic.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan, fry the garlic with the breadcrumbs in it, shoveling brown and crispy. Cut the tomatoes into wedges. Beat a dressing of 3 tbsp oil, the vinegar and the dried thyme.

Season with (freshly ground) salt and pepper. Scoop the tomatoes through the dressing. Serve the warm spaghetti with the tomato and the garlic bread crumbs.
