Ragù alla bolognese with spaghetti
Heat the oil and fry the pancetta 2-3 minutes.
Add the minced meat and fry it in about 10 minutes.
Put the soffritto (see basic recipe soffritto) through and heat for about 2 minutes.
Add the tomato cubes and red wine and simmer for about 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti al dente.
Stir the cream through the sauce and season with salt and pepper.
Serve the spaghetti with the sauce.
