Stir the milk and small pancake mix in a bowl until smooth. Mix in the egg, oil and salt. Mix the dairy spread with the leces.

Heat the butter in eight pans. Pour a layer of batter into each pan and sprinkle with the raisins.

Bake the pancakes 8 minutes. Turn halfway. Repeat with the rest of the batter.

Brush the pancakes with a layer of cream cheese and garnish with the blueberries.
