Rapeseed stew with cat bacon and spring onion
Stew of turnip greens with spring onions, smoked bacon and cream cheese.

Cut the carrots from the turnip tops. Wash the turnips, turn dry and cut into strips.

Bring a 1/2 liter of water to the boil. Clean the spring onions and cut into thin rings.

Cut the bacon into strips. Heat the bacon in a dry frying pan.

Add the mashed potato powder to boiling water while stirring. Continue stirring until a smooth puree is formed.

Stir in the cream cheese and the bacon through the puree. Scoop the turnip greens and spring onions.

Heat the stew gently while stirring. Season with pepper.
