Raspberry ice cream with filo pastry
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: butter, filo puff pastry (frozen), sugar, raspberries (frozen), orange liqueur (liquorice), liquid honey and yoghurt.
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Cut top 2 layers of frozen filo pastry on folding edge with sharp knife.
Put the rest of the dough back in the freezer (not used in the recipe).
Dough into 8 triangles and place on baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
Cover dough with butter and sprinkle with sugar.
Dough in the middle of oven in 5 min.
Brown baking, remove from oven and allow to cool.
In a saucepan, gently heat 100 g of raspberries with liqueur to lukewarm.
In a food processor, puree the rest of frozen raspberries with honey and yoghurt.
