Beat the cream with the sugar until stiff.

Mix the ice cream, prosecco and vodka with the hand blender.

Pour the sgroppino into straight tall glasses or whiskey glasses.

Spoon the whipped cream into separate glasses, garnish with the raspberries and the leaves of mint.
