Cook the ravioli al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Rinse the ravioli in a colander with cold water and allow the pads to drain well.

Cut the salmon into long broad strips.

Beat in a bowl a dressing of the lemon juice with the olive oil and some salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Scoop the ravioli through and allow the ravioli to cool.

Stick the strips of zigzag on a skewer with 2 ravioli pads and 1 leaf of basil in between.

Put the skewers on a plate.
