Directions

  1. Divide the broccoli into small florets. Boil in plenty of boiling water with salt in 8-10 min. Until done.
  2. Meanwhile, cook the ravioli according to the instructions on the package.
  3. Cut the garlic into slices. Remove the leaves from the herb sprigs and cut finely.
  4. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the garlic with the herbs 2 min.
  5. Meanwhile divide the cheese into small pieces. Mix the ravioli with the broccoli, half the goat's cheese and the garlic-herb oil.
  6. Spoon into deep plates and spread the rest of the cheese over it.
