Directions

  1. Put the slices of raw ham next to each other on a shelf. Mix the apple cubes with goat's cheese, thyme, pepper, honey and walnuts.
  2. Divide the filling over the ham slices and form rolls.
  3. Place cress or lamb's lettuce on 4 plates and place the rolls on top. Garnish with sprits of chives.
