Red Cabbage Salad
Salad of red cabbage, winter carrot, mandarin and raisins.

Preheat the oven to 225 ºC. Peel the winter carrot. Grate the carrot and coals rudely in the food processor.

Put in the baking dish, sprinkle with the caraway seed and grill in the middle of the oven for about 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, press out the mandarin and lemon. Mix all the juice with the mayonnaise into a dressing and season with pepper and salt.

Remove the oven dish from the oven and pour the dressing and raisins through it. Let stand for 15 minutes. Slice the chives, sprinkle over the salad and serve.
