Heat the butter in a pan. Sprinkle the croquettes with thyme and fry them for 15 minutes. Prepare the puree according to the instructions on the packaging.

Cut the apple into pieces. Melt the butter in a frying pan. Fry the coals with water and clove powder 7 minutes before handing over, bake the apple last 2 minutes.

Put the puree through. Keep the stew warm. Remove the crooked skins from the pan. Then stir in the honey and 4 tbsp. water through the shortening.

Divide the stew over the plates, place the croquettes next to it and pour the honey jus over it.
