Directions

  1. Heat the butter in a pan. Sprinkle the croquettes with thyme and fry them for 15 minutes. Prepare the puree according to the instructions on the packaging.
  2. Cut the apple into pieces. Melt the butter in a frying pan. Fry the coals with water and clove powder 7 minutes before handing over, bake the apple last 2 minutes.
  3. Put the puree through. Keep the stew warm. Remove the crooked skins from the pan. Then stir in the honey and 4 tbsp. water through the shortening.
  4. Divide the stew over the plates, place the croquettes next to it and pour the honey jus over it.
