Red cabbage blini
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: poffertjes mix (a 400 g), semi-skimmed milk, egg (beaten), red cabbage (in pieces), olive oil, red wine vinegar, potato (peeled), onion (grated), butter (diced) and sour cream (125 ml).

Mix the small pancake mix with the milk and the egg in a bowl and stir with a whisk until smooth. Cut 1/2 of the coals into thin slices. Mix with oil, vinegar and salt to taste. Put 100 ml of batter in the food processor and add the rest of the red cabbage. Puree 20 sec. or until the coal is completely pureed. Mix with the rest of the batter. Grate the potato and add to the batter together with the onion. Add pepper and salt to taste.

Melt a block of butter in a frying pan. Spoon the batter into the pan with a ladle and fry the 1 cm thick pancakes 6 minutes. Turn halfway. Repeat until the batter is finished. Cut out stars of different sizes using protruding shapes. Garnish with some sour cream and a dessert of coleslaw. Delicious with a sprig of dill.
