Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoon liquid baking product
- 1 Red onion in half rings
- 1 kilogram Red cabbage in wafer thin strips
- 4 clove
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 100 gram dried apples
- 100 gram dried apricots
- 50 gram raisins
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
- 1 orange scrubbed, peeled grated
Kitchen Stuff
Directions

Heat the butter in a thick-bottomed pan and gently fry the onion for about 5 minutes.

Add the cabbage, cloves, salt and sugar and add 300 ml of water.

Stir well and bring to a boil. Leave to stew for about 1.5 hours at low setting and with the lid on the pan and stir occasionally.

Add the apples, the raisins, the vinegar and the orange zest. Cover everything and continue for another 10 to 15 minutes.
