Directions

  1. Peel the grapefruits and cut the wedges out of the fleece.
  2. Roast the almonds in a dry, hot frying pan until golden brown.
  3. Mix the ingredients for the dressing. Divide the lettuce and olives over plates.
  4. Place the grapefruit segments fan-shaped in a circle on the lettuce.
  5. Place the mackerel in between and sprinkle with the dressing. Sprinkle with the almonds.
  6. Halve the pomegranate, scoop out the seeds and garnish the salad.
