Red grapefruit salad with smoked fish

Peel the grapefruits and cut the wedges out of the fleece.

Roast the almonds in a dry, hot frying pan until golden brown.

Mix the ingredients for the dressing. Divide the lettuce and olives over plates.

Place the grapefruit segments fan-shaped in a circle on the lettuce.

Place the mackerel in between and sprinkle with the dressing. Sprinkle with the almonds.

Halve the pomegranate, scoop out the seeds and garnish the salad.
