Red port-pepper butter
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: butter (at room temperature), red port, four seasons pepper (coarsely ground) and cinnamon powder.

In bowl, stir in butter until soft cream.

Port part by part stirring butter.

Only add the next drop if port is completely included.

Pepper, cinnamon powder and to taste salt by stirring butter.

Make butter on piece of aluminum foil and roll into a roll using foil.

Fold aluminum foil and allow butter to set in the refrigerator for approx.
-
45 minutes.

Cut the butter into slices and melt on a hot dish.

Nice with sirloin steak Chicago style, steak, duck breast fillet and apple..
