Rhubarb-strawberry compote

Boil the rhubarb with the cane sugar, vanilla sugar and a little water for about 10 minutes.
-
Add the strawberries to the rhubarb and cook for another 10 minutes, until the compote has thickened. Delicious with scones or in yoghurt.
