A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, rib chops, lemon (scrubbed), ricotta (fresh cheese, 250 g), olive oil, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese (grated), flat parsley ((a 20 g) and leaves finely chopped).

Directions

  1. Let the pork chops come to room temperature. Preheat the oven to 180 ºC. Grate the yellow skin of the lemon and squeeze out the fruit. Mix the grater with 2 tbsp juice, pepper and salt through the ricotta. Grease the oven dish with the oil.
  2. Put the pork chops in the bowl and spread the ricotta mixture over it. Mix the breadcrumbs with the Parmesan cheese and parsley. Sprinkle the pork chops with it. Put the pork chops in the oven for about 20 minutes. Tasty with oven chips or pasta and green beans.
