Indian vegetable dish


A nice Indian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: tarly (250 g), sunflower oil, stir-fry mix (400 g), green beans very fine (frozen, pack 450 g), coconut and pineapple sauce mild (Kerala Stir Fry, a 250 g), pineapple slices (234 g) and unsalted cashew nuts.

Directions

  1. Cook tarly according to instructions.
  2. Heat in wok oil.
  3. Stir fry mix for about 5 minutes stir-frying.
  4. Add green beans and fry for 2 minutes.
  5. Add Kerala sauce and heat for another 5 minutes.
  6. Tarly on four plates.
  7. Create sauce over it.
  8. Garnish with a slice of pineapple and sprinkle with cashew nuts..
