Directions
-
Grill boards at least 20 minutes to a maximum of 4 hours before use in water for weeks. Squeeze out orange 1, cut others into slices. Grate ginger root or press with a firm garlic press. Mix half of ginger root through orange juice. Place the fish in an orange mixture, cover and taste for 30 minutes in a cool place or leave to stand in refrigerator for 2 hours.
-
Take Tilapia out of orange juice and dab dry with kitchen paper. Remove soaked grill planks from water and lay them on a barbecue grill. Place the fish on the grill board and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Divide the orange segments over it. Apply onion rings. Remain the rest of the ginger root above it or sprinkle the rest of the ginger grater over it. Cover the barbecue with lid and toast in 25 minutes. Delicious with pandan rice and a fresh carrot-coriander salad.
