Rice and bean dish with shrimps and ham


A nice mexican recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, white rice (bag 1 kg), oil, leeks ((thin), in strips), onions ((small), in parts), garlic (finely chopped), ham cubes (250 g), pink shrimp (125 g) and bean dish (Hawaii (590 g)).

Directions

  1. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the leeks and the onions 3 min.
  3. Spoon the garlic, the ham and the shrimps and stir fry again 3 min.
  4. Add the bean dish and heat the whole while stirring until boiled.
  5. Warm on low heat for 5 minutes, stir regularly.
  6. Scoop the rice through the bean dish and serve immediately..
